Festivall Staff are delighted to return to Christmas at Bedgebury 2025 - one of Kent’s most spectacular festive experiences. Set amongst the beautiful forest backdrop of Bedgebury Pinetum, this outdoor illuminated trail welcomes thousands of visitors for a magical, twinkling evening of Christmas joy.

We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and proactive team members to help create an unforgettable experience for every guest this festive season.

AVAILABLE ROLES

Front of House Assistant
Be the first friendly face guests meet as they arrive!

You’ll...
- Scan entry tickets for vehicles and pedestrians
- Guide visitors safely from car parks to the entrance via designated routes
- Stay alert to your surroundings and report any issues to your Supervisor or Manager

Trail Steward
Bring the Christmas spirit to life along the trail!

You’ll...
- Welcome and direct visitors along the illuminated route
- Provide friendly assistance and answer questions
- Ensure safety and smooth visitor flow
- Communicate any issues promptly to your Supervisor

Optional: Complete Fire Marshal training to support the Fire Garden and Marshmallow Pit Fires

Please note: All roles are outdoors and involve standing throughout your shift.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

To help make the event run smoothly, we’re prioritising staff who:

- Have good date availability across the event run
- Can work at least 5 event dates (more is even better!)
- Are available for one of these holiday working days - Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, or New Year’s Eve
- Are flexible to work across different roles as required
- Are aged 18 or over (some roles involve independent working)

TRAVEL & LOGISTICS

Transport: There are no public transport links to the site; driving or car-sharing is essential.
Parking: Limited staff parking available; car sharing encouraged.
Accommodation: Not provided - please head home after your shift to your nice, warm bed!

Once you have set up a profile via FestivApp, you must complete the Festivall Staff Application Form (only once) and apply for shifts via FestivApp. Applications without a completed form cannot be considered.
