In this role, following training, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of service to existing clients. Duties might range; -
• Client liaison by phone and email- handling inbound enquiries from existing customers, providing advice and information, booking visits, and ensuring after-visit satisfaction
• Managing large accounts – ensuring excellent communication
• Creating reports – logging and tracking jobs
• General administration duties: ensuring systems and documents are up to date
• Building new relationships with clients – participating in client meetings
• Creating quotes and actioning approvals
• Answering all client emails and enquiries
This is a busy and varied role, that would suit someone who thrives creating and maintaining relationships with customers and clients, communicating with customers and enjoys seeing tasks through to completion and seeing real growth!
Personalised training provided – ideal experience would come from customer service or relationship management, service coordination, operations, planning, or similar!
£26-30,000
+ excellent benefits and bonus!
