Festivall Staff are excited to be part of Christmas at Bewl Water 2025 - a magical festive experience set in the beautiful backdrop of Bewl Water. Families will enjoy a journey through Santa’s Grotto, creative workshops, themed attractions, and pop-up food and retail spots, creating a day filled with festive fun and cheer.

We’re looking for warm, reliable, and proactive team members to help deliver an unforgettable Christmas experience for every visitor.

AVAILABLE ROLES

Event Assistant:
Event Assistants are the friendly faces that bring the magic of Christmas to life.

You’ll...
- Greet and check in guests at entry points
- Guide families through the experience and offer assistance
- Help manage queues, workshops, and interactive spaces
- Support retail or refreshment areas by serving snacks, drinks, and gifts
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming environment

Some roles involve simple retail or food service tasks, such as taking payments and keeping service points clean and inviting.

Barista (Winter Warmers)
Serve up comfort and joy this winter!

You’ll...
- Prepare and serve hot drinks using pre-programmed coffee machines
- Maintain a clean and efficient serving area
- Deliver friendly and efficient customer service
- Previous café or barista experience is helpful but not essential.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re prioritising team members who:
- Can work at least 4 of the 16 event dates across the run
- Are flexible between roles and shifts
- Are aged 18 or over (some independent working required)
- Hold or are willing to obtain a valid DBS certificate
- Are reliable, proactive, and confident communicators
- Bring energy, warmth, and positivity to every guest interaction

Please note: Most roles are outdoors or in covered but unheated areas and require standing for the duration of your shift.

Transport: There are no public transport links to Bewl Water; driving or car-sharing is essential.
Parking: Free on-site staff parking available.
Accommodation: Not provided for this event.

Shift timings may vary depending on event demand and will be confirmed in advance.

Once you have set up a profile via FestivApp, you must complete the Festivall Staff Application Form (only once) and apply for shifts via FestivApp. Applications without a completed form cannot be considered.
