Are you immediately available and looking for a temporary Account manager vacancy within a thriving and market leading company? They are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow our key accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with their clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. The Account Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and revenue growth.
The role for a temporary account manager will include:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and objectives, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key accounts to increase revenue and market share.
• Monitor account performance and metrics, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention rates.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and managing escalations.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments, and provide thought leadership to clients and internal teams.
• Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and up-sells, ensuring terms and conditions are aligned with company policies and objectives
Skills and Experience required for the temporary account manager role include:
• 1+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or related field.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive insights and decision-making.
Additional information for the temporary account manager role:
• Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (1 hour lunch break)
• £12 - £14 per hour dependant on experience
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays + time off over christmas
• On site parking
