FULL TIME ADMINISTRATION PERSON
Is required for our Envirograf office, based at Enterprise House, Poulton Close, Dover, Kent. Would someone local to the office in Dover.
This position is for someone who has a confident telephone manner, able to use Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook) and Internet proficiently.
Must be able to work under specific instruction when required, also be able to multi task if needed and able to work comfortably alone.
Would be required to deal with current customers and potential new customers, answering the telephone, taking peoples/company details. Making outgoing calls. Duties may include helping head office with mailshots of literature and new product releases. Would involve reception work when Training Courses are being held there.
Experience and attributes required for this role are: -
Previous administration experience and Microsoft office skills
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
THIS IS A FULL TIME POSITION
08.30am - 5.30pm Monday – Friday – not negotiable
28 days holidays, (this includes all bank holidays)
