A Customer Support Representative based in Kings Hill at prestigious, market leading technology business is required for a full time role, Monday to Friday, working 9am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch.

This fantastic opportunity will require you to be able to work in the office and will not offer work from home

Predominately dealing with clients who are buying large quantities of product to be released to end users across the UK and EU, and these units may need to come back for fault finding or technology upgrades. This process needs to be strictly managed and turned around accurately and swiftly.

Within the role the successful person will be undertaking tasks including but not limited to:

* Answering customer queries
* Raising quotes
* Dealing with receipt of orders
* Raising service delivery notes
* Update SAP - ERP System with service notes and details (TQMS and ISO compliance management)
* Deal with shipping departments to get deliveries back to customers
* Dealing with Global Trade Compliance

We are looking for someone with strong administration skills and experience, who has great proven attention to detail, who is able to follow procedures thoroughly and able to work under pressure.Alongside this anyone who has gained experience within manufacturing or distribution of high end technology products would be ideal and who recognises the need for exemplary customer service delivery This employer offers a great opportunity to step into a secure sector and become part of a fast paced team with solid career opportunity.
