Working as part of a busy & fun team environment, you will play a crucial role in the experience of all existing customers. With full training provided, your duties might include:
Handling product enquiries from customers, providing advice and information
Booking and managing diaries for customer appointments
Creating bespoke quotations and proposals, and processing orders
Liaising between sales and delivery teams, updating customers throughout
Liaising with suppliers to agree costings and organise deliveries
Issuing invoices and completing documents
Maintaining regular contact with customers for updates, feedback and to process upgrades
Processing reports such as expenses
Great chance to learn and grow – within a supportive team environment. Full training is provided!
Lovely working environment – with parking and transport links
Mon-Fri 37.5 hrs
Salary £24,500-27,000
Paid overtime options
For success with this role, applicants must be based within 30 minute commute to Tunbridge Wells. Ideally you will have transferrable skills and experience such as hospitality, retail or customer service / administration.
