Head of Finance, £80,000 - £90,000, South West London, flexible working
Your new company
A fast growing and ethical property development group is looking to hire a new Head of Finance. This company has a rich history in the industry and has grown a significant amount since its founding, becoming one of the UK's market leaders in its specialist property development sector. As the new Head of Finance, it will be your responsibility to manage the entire finance function, leading and developing a team of 6, whilst also assisting the company in strategic finance elements as it undergoes periods of acquisitions to grow its group.
Your new role
As the new Head of Finance, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Full ownership of delivering management accounting, KPI and trend analysis reports
* Lead and develop a finance team of 6
* Act as the key point of contact for external bodies during acquisition processes
* Proactively work to improve processes as the company continues to grow
* Manage taxation reporting
* Overseeing the effective use and development of current systems (Xero)
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed as the new Head of Finance here, you MUST have the following:
* A accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, etc)
* Experience in managing and developing teams
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Advanced in Excel
