As the company continues to grow and deliver a greater volume of projects, they are expanding their Project Management function, aiming to maintain and drive forwards the exceptional levels of service and reputation they are known for.

This is a key senior leadership position, reporting to the Operations Director and taking responsibility for the Project Management function. You will lead and develop a small growing team while directly managing a number of significant projects and escalations for key clients.


In this position, you will take responsibility for:
Ensuring projects are delivered within budgets, timeline and quality objectives
Directly managing 5–10 significant and complex project
Assisting to develop and roll out strategies for commercial performance including profitability, growth and efficiency opportunity
Recruiting, leading, mentoring and developing a small team
Overseeing project pipeline across all stages, providing guidance and an escalation point internally and externally
Implementing and improving systems for project management
Key customer management - assisting Sales team as a liaison point for key client relationships
Reporting to and working with the Senior Leadership on business improvement projects
Site visits - UK based, occasional overnight stays.
