You will be responsible for overseeing the construction of new and re-developments of major works projects for commercial/recreational sector sites, with duties including:

Project planning: timeline and resource planning; design development; specification; budgeting
Liaison with internal and external stakeholders throughout projects (e.g. architects, subcontractors)
Costing and estimations - budget management, tracking and reporting
Documentation - H&S, specifications, contract administration, CDM, progress tracking
Site visits
Reporting to Directors
Project tracking and progression
£56,500 + car allowance

If you... have experience in managing construction projects; and seek your next challenge - this role could suit you! You should be confident with conducting site visits, budget/cost management and major works management. You will need to have experience with up to date building regulations, CDM and H&S on site.
