Looking for a role where you can **learn new skills, develop your career and become part of a supportive team**?
We're looking for a motivated **Production Associate** to join an established manufacturing business based in rural Tonbridge. Whether you're starting your career or looking for a fresh opportunity, this is a great chance to join a company that will invest in you from day one.

As a Production Associate, you'll be an important part of the manufacturing team, helping to make sure products are produced safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
You'll be hands-on and involved in a variety of tasks, including preparing materials, operating machinery, packing finished products and keeping the production area clean and organised.
It's a role where **attention to detail, reliability and a great attitude really matter** – and where your hard work can lead to genuine opportunities to progress.
What You'll Be Doing

* Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.
* Hand-packing and labelling finished products.
* Carrying out tasks in line with quality and production standards.
* Keeping your work area clean, tidy and well organised.
* Following all health & safety, quality and production procedures.
* Working collaboratively with the wider production team to keep things running smoothly.
What You'll Bring
We're more interested in **your attitude and potential** than your previous experience.
You'll be someone who:
* Takes pride in doing a job well and has a good eye for detail.
* Is reliable, hardworking and keen to learn.
* Enjoys being part of a team.
* Can follow instructions and processes carefully.
* Is comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.
* Can commit to an early start of **7:30am**.
* Has your own transport to get to and from the rural Tonbridge site.
* Has the legal right to work in the UK.

* Ongoing learning and development
* **Two paid breaks per shift**
* Company pension
* **Free on-site parking**
* A friendly, supportive and family-oriented working environment
* Genuine opportunities to **develop your skills and progress within the business**
* A permanent, full-time position with **early starts and early finishes**
