A highly respected organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join its Human Resources team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished HR Advisor, HR Officer, HR Generalist, or Human Resources professional looking to make an immediate impact within a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Working as part of a supportive Human Resources function, the successful HR Advisor will provide expert guidance across a broad range of employee matters, making this an ideal role for an experienced HR Officer, HR Generalist, or Human Resources practitioner who enjoys a varied operational role and thrives on building strong stakeholder relationships.

Your new role
The role will involve managing a wide range of employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinary investigations, grievances, capability, and performance issues. You will work closely with managers to provide pragmatic and commercially focused HR advice while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.Key responsibilities will include:

* Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
* Managing employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters.
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
* Advising on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
* Assisting with organisational change initiatives and workforce planning activities.
* Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.
* Supporting HR projects and contributing to continuous improvement across the Human Resources function.
* Acting as a trusted HR Advisor and partner to stakeholders across the business.

What you'll need to succeed

* Previous experience in a Human Resources advisory role.
* Strong employee relations experience.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
* Experience using HR systems and maintaining employee records.
* CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD would be advantageous.
