An established and fast-paced organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor/HRBP professional to join on an interim basis to assist in two critical people projects. Operating within a complex commercial environment, the business is undergoing significant organisational change whilst simultaneously investing in the development of its long-term talent and capability framework.This is a high-impact, project-focused role offering the opportunity to work directly with senior leaders and influence key business decisions.

Your new role

* Interim HR Project Advisor / HR Business Partner, you will assist in two major strategic HR initiatives over an initial three-month assignment.
* The first project involves leading an organisation-wide change programme, including restructuring, redundancy consultation processes, departmental downsizing and potential business area closures. You will be responsible for managing consultations, preparing supporting documentation, advising senior stakeholders on employment law and employee relations matters, and ensuring all processes are delivered fairly, professionally and compliantly.
* Alongside this, you will lead the implementation phase of a business-wide competency framework. This will include completing capability assessments, identifying skills gaps, developing career pathways, supporting performance management integration, and making recommendations around future talent and reward strategies.
* This role requires an individual who can quickly establish credibility, manage multiple workstreams and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have experience delivering HR projects/restructures, ideally within a HR generalist capacity.

* You will possess proven expertise in organisational change, restructures and redundancy programmes, together with a strong understanding of UK employment legislation and employee relations best practice.
* In addition, you will have previous experience implementing competency, capability or skills frameworks and be confident working across organisational development, talent management and performance management initiatives.
* You will be highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable influencing senior stakeholders while balancing both strategic and operational demands. CIPD qualification or equivalent experience would be advantageous.
