The Kent and Sussex Tea and Coffee Company is one of the UK’s leading tea and coffee brands, renowned for delivering exceptional quality and memorable customer experiences. We’re looking for a creative Social Media Manager to take charge of our social presence and engage with our growing community.
About the Role
You will oversee all of our social media channels, starting with a review and optimisation of current platforms. From there, you’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing high-quality content that reflects our brand voice and values. Through innovative campaigns and meaningful engagement, you’ll help shape how our audience experiences our tea, coffee, and hot chocolate offerings online.
This role is a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and community management, requiring someone who can think outside the box, measure success through data, and contribute to the growth of our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to boost engagement, brand awareness, and sales.
- Channel Management: Manage platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube while staying ahead of trends.
- Content Creation: Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content in line with our brand identity.
- Community Engagement: Interact daily with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build lasting relationships with our community.
- Advertising: Create and monitor paid campaigns, adjusting strategies based on performance insights.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in social media management with a track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail, particularly in content creation and graphic design.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5pm.
Location
Our company is in the scenic village of Pluckley in Ashford, Kent. Please note, due to our rural setting, owning a valid driving license is crucial, as public transportation routes are limited.
