What You’ll Be Doing
• Providing technical support to staff across all departments (in person and remotely)
• Systems maintenance
• Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues
• Set up new users, email accounts, and device access (laptops, phones, VPNs, etc.)
• Network and server support
• Maintaining IT documentation and asset records
• Liaising with external IT vendors and escalate complex issues as needed
• Supporting data backups, antivirus updates, and security policies
