Background of department/role
Join the dynamic Strategic Planning and Insight directorate, where you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our institution. Key Responsibilities:
Develop distributed data reports and visualisations to provide data and insights at the point of need to support decision making across the University.
Support the management and upkeep of the Business Intelligence platform and its reports in tools such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Excel, and T-SQL via SSMS.
Assist in the creation and delivery of training sessions and resources for report users, including user guides and documentation for published reports.
Work with the team to assist the new Business and Planning Partners (BPPs) in their analytical support for the four Schools.
Analyse and interpret data on a bespoke basis to deliver clear, actionable insights to colleagues and fulfil FOI and other external requests.
