In this role, you will play a key part in the design, development, implementation and execution of Visual Merchandising strategy, including duties such as :-
- Working with Senior Leaders to input to commercial brand and marketing strategy
- Concept design
- Overseeing the development and delivery of designs from concept to roll out
- Overseeing, producing and managing brand VM guidelines and plans
- Delivering planograms, presentation strategy and display guidelines
- Market research and analysis
- Briefing field staff for store visits & audits to ensure successful execution
- Supplier liaison and budget control
- Training, guiding and coaching to junior VM team members
- Producing management reports

Salary with experience - £45-55,000
