Day to day, you will take on a busy and varied administrative role - where you will be responsible for coordinating processes from start to completion; working alongside multiple teams in the business.
Duties might range:-
Producing quotations and invoices for submission to customers;
Placing orders with suppliers and raising purchase orders;
Allocating stock and maintaining a stock management system;
Handling order related queries from clients;
Organising deliveries / dispatch;
and more.
Super Tunbridge Wells office environment – accessible easily by train and bus and with (rare!) free parking!
Mon-Fri 9-5 hours - work life balance!
Salary £27-30,000
