This is a great opportunity to join an esteemed employer - seeking extra support through a busy period.

Working closely with their Senior Management team, you will play a key role in the day-to-day smooth running of operations for the team including:-
- Planning and managing diaries, booking meeting locations and preparing agendas;
- Minute taking and submitting forward actions;
- Written, email and phone communication with clients, directing as required;
- Formatting and submitting reports;
- Ensuring the office is stocked with equipment, ordering from suppliers where needed;
- Other ad hoc duties.

Mon-Fri 9-5
Great office location in Tunbridge Wells - with easy-access transport links
£up to 15.00 per hour
Minimum 2 month commitment
Chances for extension and permanency

For success in this role, applicants MUST be based within reasonable commute and have transferrable experiences. Experience in any industry can be considered, but you will need to have excellent written and verbal English communication skills; and typing / document formatting or similar skills.
An ideal candidate would have worked as a Secretary in Law, Medical, or another field; or could be a PA/EA or Administrator with transferrable skills.
