We are currently looking for an experienced property secretary to join our small but very busy residential property team in Ramsgate. This role could be either part time or full time.
To be considered, we would expect any applicant to have a sound, up to date understanding of the residential conveyancing process. Additionally, they will have previously worked within the legal environment and have successfully supported lawyers with transactional matters on the sale and purchase of residential properties.
Whoever joins the team will be excellent at prioritising and organising their daily work, be adaptable to meet the needs of the department and also work within strict timeframes to ensure an outstanding service is delivered to the client.
The team use a case management system as part of their daily work so it is vital that everyone has great IT skills. Previous case management experience is desirable but not essential as we provide comprehensive training for everyone who joins.
