Key Responsibilities:
Drafting legal documents, eg. contracts, completion statements, and completing property searches; working in combination with fee earners.
Verbal and written communication with clients, estate agents, and third-parties involved in the process.
Diary management and scheduling, including venue-finding and preparations for meetings/appointments.
Document management of files, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
Process documents such as billing, invoicing, and documents through to post-completions

Requirements:
Proven experience as a legal secretary, with a focus on conveyancing.
Reasonable commute to Canterbury on a Mon-Fri basis
