Our client is currently seeking a Telesales Executive to join their thriving team on a permanent basis.

* The Role: Telesales Executive
* The Location: South Kent
* Salary: £30,000
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Duties:

* To sell products, service contracts and generate leads for the Region Sales Managers to new and existing customers to meet monthly targets.
* Grow the customer database by cold calling prospective customers to sell products.
* Update CRM system with new prospective customers to assist the marketing team.
* Follow up on leads from trade shows and marketing opportunities.
* Research geographical areas to increase coverage for both service operations and sales.

The successful candidate will be:

* Confident in identifying new business to establish their needs
* Knowledge of Salesforce is desirable
* Organised
* Attention to detail
* A team player
* Someone with effective verbal and written communication skills
* Great customer service
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
