Job Description
- Reviewing and overseeing everything Transnational including sales and purchase ledger
- Developing and mentoring a team of 5
- Where possible improving processes
- Enhancing and creating better working practice and system management
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of bank reconciliations
- Relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuing cashflow is managed efficiently
- Taking a lead of year end Audit processes
- Ad Hoc support for the FC
The Successful Applicant:
- Have previous team leader experience but not essential
- Comprehensive understanding of efficient running of Sales and Purchase Ledger
- Be a great communicator both written and verbal
- Be able to work accurately to multiple deadlines
- Have experience in and taken part in improving processes and practices
- Be comfortable speaking to all seniority levels
This is an excellent opportunity within a growing organisation who are looking to develop their transactional finance team. My client is keen for someone to bring new ideas and develop existing processes.
