Job Title: Administrator
Location: Maidstone
Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday - 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Friday - 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Salary Range: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
* Generate and manage invoices accurately upon receipt of payments from clients.
* Create and process purchase orders for subcontractors and rental equipment.
* Maintain an updated accounting spreadsheet, recording applications and associated costs.
* Monitor and calculate running costs of ongoing projects, contributing to financial oversight.
* Leverage your previous experience in a technical administrative capacity, ideally within the engineering sector, to bring efficiency to your role.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar technical administrative role, preferably within the engineering domain.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems.
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks.
* Excellent organizational skills and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive mindset, demonstrating initiative and a willingness to learn and adapt.
* High level of professionalism and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
