Office/Administration Manager
Wrotham, Kent
Monday to Friday 9am - 1pm (20hpw)
£30,000pa FTE + pension, holiday, free onsite parking
KHR is working with a reputable hygiene provider based in Wrotham who at present has a fantastic opportunity for an Office/Administration Manager.
This is the ideal opportunity for someone looking to make the role your own using your organisational and interpersonal skills.
Duties will include, yet not be limited to:
- Helping the senior team to manage their time and appointments
- Taking calls and dealing with new enquires
- Managing the initial enquiries and maintaining the CRM software
- Assisting with the management of staff hours for delivery to the payroll agency
- Working closely with the H&S Consultant keeping records up to date
- HR - Looking after the administration of new staff coming onboard
- When required be willing to use a company vehicle to drop/pick up staff from their assignments
- Working towards and assisting with creating good practice procedures resulting in a new ISO registration
- General administration duties as required
Candidate Profile
- Extensive administration/ office support experience
- Be highly organised and efficient
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Previous experience using a CRM
- Be IT literate
- Have strong communication skills
