With ongoing training, you will have a busy and varied day-to-day role, playing a crucial part in the delivery of outstanding experience to existing customers.
Duties might range:-
Receiving incoming calls and emails from clients, handling queries and placing orders;
Diary management – booking and managing diaries of customer appointments;
Creating and processing orders including learning to process quotes and invoices;
Using the system to create and progress orders;
Placing orders with suppliers;
Maintaining and regularly updating internal databases.
Mon-Fri 8,45-17:30
Fabulous Tunbridge Wells offices – accessible by car train and bus!
£25000 + paid over time (£5-10,000) = rare chance to earn more on top of your base salary!

For success in this role… you MUST be able to access Tunbridge Wells offices on a Mon-Fri basis; ANY experience will be considered. Applicants must have excellent communication skills (by phone and in writing), and have good organisation, planning and attention to detail skills.
