Busy and varied day-to-day - with full training.
In this role you will learn about and work with a variety of the industry's newest and most sought-after products, responsible for all areas of customer experience.
You will play a key role in ensuring existing customers are managed positively, by regular cross-functional internal liaison- to, order parts, arrange site visitations, demo products, troubleshoot/fault find, escalating as needed. Variety of phone, email, video, and face-to-face (events) contact with customers!
Monday - Friday!
Free parking at the offices
Salary £25000 + generous holiday provision
Hybrid or office based working!
