Ideal opportunity for someone with previous experience in customer service delivery seeking a new long-term career role:
Joining an esteemed industry-specialist company with a 50+ year trading history and impressive UK + international clientele, you will work alongside an experienced Senior Leader and welcoming team, with full and extensive training provided!
Day to day, with training, you will lead customer relationships from start-to-completion; becoming a go-to for key customers, providing advice and consultation from their initial enquiry through to post-order completion; liaising with specialist teams based on customer needs. There will be a variety of telephone based, email, video and sometimes face-to-face contact with customers, and you will manage several concurrent customer accounts, setting up and managing their orders through to completion, then providing after sales support.

Tunbridge Wells office environment – must drive

Salary £28-32,000
+ great holiday & pension provision
