Skills For Employment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Multi Skilled Construction tutor to join their team to deliver a range of construction courses across Kent to support learners who are looking to enter the construction industry.
Applicants must; have a strong desire to help support, train and educate young people, have relevant construction industry and/or construction training experience plus undergo an Enhanced DBS check
The ideal candidate will be a passionate and creative Multi Skilled Construction worker, who can thrive upon working within a rewarding environment. This vacancy would suit someone with Construction based experience who can offer their industry skills & knowledge in Construction to support our learners and guide them throughout their courses.
Excellent communication skills, an enthusiasm and ability to motivate and encourage people are essential. Previous teaching or training experience and would be desirable.
The job is a term time only position so offers a great opportunity for someone looking to enjoy the school holidays off work.
Candidates must ensure that their references are available and willing to provide a reference at short notice
