We are currently seeking an experienced Employee Relations Officer to join our NHS client based in Gillingham.
Main duties include:
* Advise and support managers and colleagues in the organisational change processes, including writing the Formal Consultation paper.
* Ensuring the formal consultation with staff representatives and all impacted staff is carried out effectively and within agreed timescales.
* Attending and supporting all consultation meetings (groups and individual meetings) to ensure all feedback and concerns are collated
* Support managers with completing the Outcome paper
* Supporting the process of managing at risk staff, and applying appropriate redeployment and ring-fencing processes, and potential redundancy.
The ideal candidate:
* Has experience of change management
* Experience in supporting managers with organisational change programmes, including redundancies
