Mechanical Associate Director for Croydon based MEP consultancy

A reputable Croydon based consultancy specialising in providing MEP design services are looking to recruit a Mechanical Associate Director to aid with an increase in workload. The organisation has been in operation for over 20 years and has an excellent reputation of providing a full range of services including; Building Services Design, Building Surveys, Project Management and Energy conservation. Due to their reputation that organisation acquires all of its work from repeat business and referrals from a client base including; NHS Trusts, Local Authorities, Financial services companies, Universities, Private land owning estates and global blue chip organisations. Working with a host of their Healthcare clients including various NHS Trusts, Private Hospitals and Healthcare Agencies the successful applicant will be assisting their established engineering team in the design of all mechanical building services systems, as well as undertaking project research including surveys and inspections. They will also be required to liaise with other engineers / technicians contributing technical knowledge and advice on projects.

Applicants must have a proven track record of project delivery, working from project brief through to handover within a UK M&E Consultancy. They must be fully conversant with current building services standards and practices. They will be competent in specification design / drawing for several building types. They will possess sound knowledge of key Health & Safety issues and legislation and will have the ability to work to deadlines, establish delivery milestones and allocate work accordingly You must be able to work in the UK without restriction.
