Do you have excellent organisational skills and experience in a secretarial or administration based role? Are you looking to work as part of a busy team, in a varied role offering great work/life balance? If so then my client has a great opportunity to join them in an Admin Assistant role.
My client is a large, prestigious firm of Chartered Accountants based in multiple sites in Kent and London. Due to an internal promotion, they are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team based near Sevenoaks.
Working closely with the Directors and other managers within the office, you will be responsible for providing support in a range of administrative duties including the following:
Answering the phones and transferring calls
Meeting and greeting clients
Drafting and reviewing engagement letters
Office management to include dealing with stationery and office supplies
Booking meetings
If you are a self-starter with strong people skills and previous administration experience ideally gained within a professional services environment, then this Admin Assistant role could be for you!
