This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join a family owned business on a part time basis. The role will involve managing live chat, emails and taking inbound and making outbound calls relating to services and after-sales products. You will provide a high level of customer service and maintain customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain the database
* Record all call logs
* Promote products and services available
* Take bookings from customers
* Liaise with existing customers for routine check in with the possibility of booking them in for an additional service.
* Promote and prospect the business
* Meet personal and team targets
Benefits:

* 20 days holiday pro rata rising to 25 days long service

The successful candidate will be comfortable and confident talking on the phone and is familiar with CRM systems and managing databases.
Working Monday to Friday - 25 hours per week - 12:30pm - 5:30pm or 1pm - 5pm
Due to the location you will be required to have own transport
