A large organisation located in Medway Towns is looking for an Office Administrator to start immediately in an on going temporary assignment.
Your main duties will include:
* Dealing with wide ranging telephone and email enquiries from customers and service users in an efficient, clear & concise manner and responding appropriately
* Assisting with tasks in line with the emerging needs and requirements of the service
* Working to specific priorities and deadlines as set by the client and/or management team
* Producing a variety of documents using Microsoft Office software (Word & Excel) using company databases to log information and compile statistics
* Ensuring that all accidents and incidents are reported through the correct company procedures.
* Inputting data on to spreadsheets as required.
Working hours will be 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday (hours to be agreed).
You will be an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, able to work on your own initiative, alone and in a team, be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to multi-task and work to deadlines.
You will also be educated to GCSE level in English and Mathematics (Grade C or Above) or equivalent; with proven office administration and customer service experience. In addition to this you will hold a Full UK driving licence as you may be required to work between two sites and use the company vehicle. You will also require a clear Enhanced DBS.
