Complaints Handler (Part Time)
£28,000 - £30,000 (Pro rata - 14 hours a week)

We are currently looking for an experienced Complaints Handler to join our client based in Chatham. This is a great opportunity for someone who is available to start a role ASAP and has experience within a similar role.
Duties include -
* Handle all complaints received across all product lines within the response stage of the complaint handling process.
* Complete the initial acknowledgement of a complaint.
* Take ownership for managing and resolving all customer queries, ensuring a thorough investigation has been carried out.
* Provide a great level of service at all times.
Requirements -
* Experience within a complaints handling role.
* Available to start ASAP.
* Organised and great time management.
