We are exclusively recruiting for this long-standing team, with an impressive training programme to ensure you are fully equipped with all the knowledge you need to develop your career.



Job Title: Service Administrator.

Location: Maidstone

Salary: £24k-£26k Depending on experience.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm with every other Saturday 8am-12pm

Benefits:

· 20 days A/L + BH's. after 5 years' service you are entitled to one additional day per year up to 25 days.

* Free on-site parking.
* Shirt provided as part of the uniform.
* Company Pension Scheme.
* Annual social events run by Head Office including summer BBQs.

As an award-winning company in many categories, you'll be joining a close team in a very busy environment. This is an exciting opportunity to support an experienced team who strive for customer excellence.



As the Service Administrator your Responsibilities will include the below but will develop and increase as the role progresses:



· General answering of the Service calls into the business

· Processing of Job cards through to invoicing

· Updating our customer of the repairs costs and gain an order number for said repairs

· Answering and resolution of customer invoice queries

· Invoice repairs and servicing carried out in the workshop

· resolve any queries that will be attributed to administration



We'd love to speak to candidates with the following skills:

* Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook to an intermediate level.
* Demonstrable knowledge of customer service
* Strong time management skills.
* Proven ability to resolve queries effectively.
* Motor trade experience is desirable not essential.
