The Financial Controller will have overall responsibility for the finance function of a busy Mens Necktie & Accessories supplier. Must be able to cover all aspects of the accounting function including sales and purchase ledgers, cash book, bank reconciliations, payments processing, invoicing, credit control, VAT reports, HMRC returns, payroll, management reporting.
Other administration duties will include: Managing products on sage, raising purchase orders, producing stock reports for specific customers, liaising with customers to arrange deliveries.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- Self motivated individual with good initiative and team player skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy of all related work
- Good communication and administration skills
- Experience in Sage 50 and Iris PAYE-Master
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Flexibility is key in this multi function role.
Salary dependent on age & experience.
