TN Recruits are currently working alongside an industry leading company with an extensive client base and ever growing team. They are actively seeking an experienced Finance Manager to help make a significant impact and contribute to their strong industry presence and global reach.

As a Finance Manager you should ideally have experience in finance administration, showcasing a strong grasp of financial principles and practices. This should be combined with international/overseas business experience which will equip you with the ability to navigate the complexities of a global market.

Responsibilities:
• Managing the contracts and compliance manager and administrator, providing leadership and guidance.
• Overseeing invoicing and credit control processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
• Handling banking activities and maintaining banking relationships.
• Performing bookkeeping and account management tasks, including vat returns.
• Taking charge of payroll and commission calculations.
• Preparing management accounts, conduct forecasting, and deliver comprehensive financial reports.
• Managing supplier contracts and negotiations to optimize financial outcomes.

Proficiency in Excel and Word is essential for effectively analysing and presenting financial data, as is a familiarity with SAGE 50, particularly with experience in Foreign Trader. Ideally, you will possess a professional qualification, part-qualification, or qualifications acquired through relevant experience. In addition to this, you should have the ability to lead and inspire a small team of 1-2 staff members, utilising your exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure effective communication with clients, candidates, and colleagues.

Location: Tunbridge Wells
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
Additional information: Minimum three days per week in the office (up to five days a week during the first few months).
