Our client specialises in debt recovery and other commercial and corporate services. They are actively seeking a Customer Account Manager to be the first point of contact for their customers who are in financial difficulties.
About the role
* Outbound calls and emailing and sms customers regarding money owed
* Client account management
* Chasing missed payments and resetting direct debits
* Helping customers with Financial Difficulties and treating them fairly
* General office duties photocopying and scanning
* 30-50 calls a day outbound and inbound
* Referring matters for legal action and preparing bundles
About you
* Ability to use all Microsoft packages including excel basic
* Excellent communications skill both oral and written
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond effectively
* Some Legal understanding useful
