This is a strategic appointment, that will see you join the company’s management team, responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality service to UK clients and management of a small, growing team

Day to day you will be involved with:

Team Leadership / Management – Manage a small team including recruitment, training and development; ensuring client contractual SLAs are met, setting KPIs and people development goals;
Customer Servicing Oversight – Resolve key client and escalated client queries to positive solution such as contract changes/upgrades, or bespoke service needs;
Operations/Logistical Management – Overseeing the logistical delivery of service accurately and within deadlines including managing suppliers and major orders;
Management Information – producing reports and working in combination with the Board/Senior Management; introduce and implement new processes
Attend client visits, industry events and award shows.

£35-45,000

+ benefits such as optional on-call allowance; company pension scheme; 23 days holiday + bank holiday

Ideal experience would be client services/service delivery management from a product-led industry; although if you have not yet managed a team, and would be keen to, this could suit you.
