Background of department/role
We're looking for a motivated organised Co-ordinator to support the Estates Data and Systems Manager in supporting our systems and delivering improvements.
The duties include.
- Be a super user and provide support and training on Estates systems.
- Support the production of Business Intelligence reports.
- Gather and present data held within systems to derive meaningful conclusions and business intelligence.
- Assist in coordinating and implementing process improvement projects within Estates and Facilities.
The ideal candidate will
- Be passionate about technology with great IT skills.
- Great people skills and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Well organised and able to prioritise and manage time efficiently.
We offer
- Flexible working, with opportunity to work from home one to two days a week after induction period.
- Opportunities for training in work time, including degree apprenticeships.
