Office Manager

Belvedere

Full Time - office based NO HYBRID WORKING

£30-35k DOE



Fantastic, exclusive opportunity for an organised and reliable Office Manager to join a successful company servicing the construction industry with ambitious growth plans, based in Belvedere.



This is a brand-new role, created due to success and growth of the business, and consists of a variety of duties including but not limited to:



* Ensuring efficient operation of the office; monitor and maintain general office facilities and equipment; managing petty cash
* Offering a first point of contact in the office
* Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team: diary, email, and post management; organising travel, hotels, delivery, couriers, and order office supplies; managing systems
* Document Control duties electronically
* Supporting the transition to Microsoft 365 and offering support with how to best utilise the systems to improve processes
* Document control
* Basic administration to support the Sales, HR and Finance functions including raising Purchase Order numbers and invoices and collating sales statistics and other reports
* Supporting with the transition to a new IT system
* Problem solving
* Any other duties as required



The successful candidate will have/be:



* An experienced and proactive administrative professional with experience as an Office Manager/PA/Team Assistant within Construction, Engineering or Manufacturing
* A solid CV demonstrating reliability and responsibility
* Good at picking up IT systems, and able to use MS Office to at intermediate as a bare minimum, ideally advanced level and with a good ability to research online, Microsoft 365 experience is essential
* A natural problem solver able to think creatively
* A positive outlook
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective professional relationships
* A strong multi-tasker, able to juggle a variety of priorities
* Educated to a good level, with the ability to pick up technical terminology
* A good grasp of the English language with the ability to use correct grammar and proofread to a high standard
* Happy to work in an industrial environment
* Able to commit to full time hours in the office
