Customer Service Representative - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
West Malling
£21,930
35 hours per week (9am - 5pm)
Possibility of hybrid working available
A fantastic opportunity to join a large, successful, and well reputed business in West Malling as a Customer Service Representative. This particular role is a 12 month FTC.
You will be joining a diverse, fun, and friendly team to assist on a new project and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to a varied client base both over the phone and by email.
Duties include:
* Being the first point of contact; providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
* Handling a high volume of queries and complaints via email and telephone; meeting the companies SLA
* Actively promote the products and services and be an ambassador for the company
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
* Manage customer bank accounts
The successful candidate will have/be:
* Excellent customer service skills (previous experience in a customer service role is essential)
* Strong administrative skills
* Knowledge of MS Office applications
* Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
* Immaculate verbal and written communication skills
* Enthusiastic and willing to learn
* Able to absorb new information and pick up new systems quickly
* The ability to work in a team and alone in order to achieve team and your own targets
