Technical Customer Services Advisor

Location: South Kent

Hours - Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm: Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

Salary - £26,000 to £28,000

Would you like the opportunity to work for a niche, high quality, established company of 20 years? I am looking for a technically minded, customer service professional who is looking to learn new skills while liaising and building relationships with architects and interior designers

My client is looking for a self-motivated, engaging individual who is willing to learn about their products and advise on them.

Duties include:

* Assisting clients with technical information and design suggestions for projects
* Building and managing relationships via Teams, email and telephone with architects throughout designated areas in the UK
* Covering for purchasing and internal sales departments. This will require you to understand all software systems
* Having a high level of understanding for product design and technical elements which are crucial for providing effective recommendations/suggestion/ assistance for client projects

Skills Required

* Interest in learning product knowledge, both aesthetically and technically
* Excellent organizational skills
* Somebody who is able to speak with different kinds of people who are both creative and technical
* Good spelling and grammar
* Ideally the applicant should be a graduate with a degree
* Compute literate (MS Knowledge)



This role would be ideal for somebody who is a graduate and able to talk to people of different kinds of professions both creative and technical.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the location, they are looking for a candidate who can drive.
