Night Shift - Customer Service Advisor - Immediate Start
Our client based in Maidstone is looking to recruit an Out Of Hours Advisor to provide excellent customer service to their customers.
Hours 10.00 pm - 6.00 am 4 on 4 off
£13.00 per hour + Holiday pay
Duties will include
- Handling high volume inbound calls from members of the public and processing their queries
- Ensuring all calls are logged effectively on the systems
- Handling complaints in a calm and professional manner
