Planning & Design Coordinator

Up to £40k

Mid Kent



We are seeking an experienced Planning and Design Coordinator to assist the design and land team within a distinguished construction company based in West Kent.



This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a love for design and a background within the construction or development industry. The role offers a varied workload, with room for growth and additional responsibility for the right person!



Key Responsibilities:

* Helping with preparation and processing of applications within the design department
* Dealing with all planning applications, legal and contract plans
* Making sure all departments get the correct information regarding all plans
* Assisting the land team with sketch layouts
* Preparing schedules for the delivery of materials



The successful candidate will have/be:

* A background in construction
* A good knowledge of planning and development
* Full Driving Licence
* Able to produce sketch layouts
* Skilled user of AutoCAD and Photoshop
* Able to prepare documents within Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel



You will play an integral role in their innovative approach to development and ensure that the company are delivering a professional and high standard product to their customers and clients.
