Our client, a leading employer in Kent, are seeking a Manager to join their team in Gillingham. This will be hybrid working.
As a Manager, your role will involve -
* Day to day management of the team
* Lead and develop your teams, manage 121's and routine reviews
* Meet and review both individual and team targets
* Provide quality customer service
* Act as a point of contact and support for both customers and the team
The successful candidate will -
* Have previous experience of leading a Team
* Be passionate and ambitious
* Be comfortable leading a team that is continuing to grow year on year
