TITLE: Customer Service / Office Administrator
LOCATION: Medway
HOURS: Monday to Thursday - 8am - 5pm, Friday 8 - 3.30pm. I hour lunch break
SALARY: £22k per annum
ANNUAL LEAVE: 20 days plus bank holidays. Office shut down between Xmas and New Year effectively providing an additional 3 days A/L per year.

Duties for this exciting role are varied and include:
* Acting as first point of contact for the business
* Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders within every encounter
* Dealing with complaints from start to finish ensuring effective resolution
* Offering technical support to customers
* All associated administration including documenting communication and managing customer account information
* Supporting the wider team with overflow of administration tasks as required
* Managing office supplies
* Admin support for the CEO as and when required
* Any other ad hoc duties as required
To be considered for this exciting Customer Service Administrator role you will have/be:
* Some solid customer facing experience within an office-based environment
* A genuine passion for customer service
* A strong work ethic with the desire to go above and beyond for your colleagues
* A positive attitude
* Accountable for your own actions
* Good administrative skills with a meticulous attention to detail
* The ability to pick up IT systems with ease as well as sound knowledge of MS Office
* Great interpersonal skills
* Loyal, reliable and dependable
* Educated to GSCE C Grade and above in Maths and English as a minimum
