Applications are invited for the post of Lecturer in Forensic Investigation on a full time, permanent basis at our Canterbury Campus.
You will join a diverse, well-established forensic team with a clear commitment to high quality learning, practitioner and research informed teaching and assessment, an inclusive and engaging student experience and excellent student outcomes and employability. We have a strong undergraduate programme and growing postgraduate and research activities and are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated forensic investigator to join our team. We particularly require knowledge and expertise of crime scene practice, including volume, series and serious crime scene investigation, accidents and disasters and major and critical incidents.
The successful candidate will be able to contribute to the delivery of the Forensic Investigation programme and develop innovative industry specific practical sessions and assessments. You will be a role model and mentor for a diverse range of students and will have an interest in people and inclusivity. You will be keen to develop your own practice further through research, knowledge exchange and / or consultancy.
