An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service and Sales Advisor to join a prestigious company, based in a prime location in Dartford.
As a Customer and Sales Service Advisor you will be providing a high level of service to customers who are purchasing a high end luxury brand.
You will be responsible for the following:
* Providing a high level of customer service to a range of customers
* Communicating via fax, email and telephone
* Taking and processing of customer orders using the sage system
* Handling and providing a resolution to complaints
* Working with a comprehensive and thorough understanding of the business process and procedures
You should have proven experience of the following:
* Customer Service
* Taking and processing of customer orders
* Dispute resolution
* Working within a customer service environment
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
